Program
SMA’s Personalized Educational Program is a method of assessing the student’s strengths and weak areas. This is to focus on the skills that need to be enhanced further, and weak areas that need to be worked on.
This program allows the child to advance at his own ability. The school allows your child on a “just right” level of study to allow him to progress at his own pace. This comfortable starting point is essential in building self-confidence, because the initial successes help motivate your child to learn and advance from the very beginning of the program.
A student is never compared with other students in the class; rather the present performance of the child is compared with his/her past achievements. The results of the Assessment Examination shall serve as bases for the student’s “Personalized Educational Program”.
